Returns & Exchanges

If the dress doesn’t fit, you can exchange it by returning it the same day it was picked up from your service point. You are still charged for the current rental, but we’ll issue you a credit voucher for the same amount, valid on your next rental.

We can only accept exchanges returned on the same day – this is what distinguishes an exchange from a completed rental.

Simply send us an email letting us know you’ve returned the dress, and we’ll issue your credit within 2 business days.

Your credit is valid for 12 months.

Legal notice: 

Due to the nature of our business — time-limited clothing rentals — your order is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59, Chapter 2, Section 11, item 12). According to Chapter 2, Section 11, point 12 of the Act (2005:59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or for a limited period of time, such as rental clothing booked for a particular event.
