How do I book a dress or set?
Book your dress through our booking system found on the product pages. Just select your rental date and complete the checkout.
How do I know if the dress will fit me?
Measurements
If you're unsure about sizing, measurements for the dress can be found in the product description.
We’re continually updating our dresses with measurements. If a specific one is missing, just send us a message — we’ll be happy to add the measurements for the product you’re interested in.
Home Fitting
Want to try the dress at home? We offer home fittings for a fee of 300 SEK.
Simply send us a message and we’ll check availability for when we can send your requested dress.
Studio Fitting
You’re also welcome for a fitting at our studio in Gothenburg.
What if the dress doesn't fit upon arrival?
If the dress doesn’t fit, you can exchange it by returning it the same day it was picked up from your service point. You are still charged for the current rental, but we’ll issue you a credit voucher for the same amount, valid on your next rental.
We can only accept exchanges returned on the same day – this is what distinguishes an exchange from a completed rental.
Simply send us an email letting us know you’ve returned the dress, and we’ll issue your credit within 2 business days.
Your credit is valid for 12 months.

When is the latest to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to two weeks before delivery. However, we appreciate cancellations made as early as possible, as your booking prevents others from renting the dress.
Simply send us an email letting us know you’d like to cancel your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
For how long can I keep the dress?
We offer weekend prices, which means the dress is yours Thursday to Sunday. On Sunday it is time to send it back to us.
We also offer week prices, which means the dress is yours Thursday to Thursday. On Thursday it is time to send it back to us.
Can I rent a dress on other days than during a week/ weekend?
Of course! Just send us a message, what days suits you and we will arrange the booking if the dress is available.

Do I need to wash the dress?
No, we’ll take care of it.
What happens if I get a stain on the dress?
Regarding stains, we never contact the customer if there's a stain or repair — it's simply part of our service.
How do I return the dress?
A prepaid DHL return label and instructions will be included in your package. When your rental period ends, simply drop off the dress at the same (or any) DHL Service Point.
We encourage you to reuse the same box your dress arrived in when sending it back – it's better for the environment and keeps the return process simple.
