Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee
We offer round-trip shipping via DHL for a flat fee of 99 SEK.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point for easy pickup. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return
A prepaid DHL return label and instructions will be included in your package. The same day as your rental period ends, simply drop off the dress at the same (or any) DHL Service Point.

We encourage you to reuse the same box your dress arrived in when sending it back – it's better for the environment and keeps the return process simple.

Please Note:

• The return must be dropped off no later than the the same day as your rental period ends.
• Always use the included return label to ensure proper and timely return of the item.
